Terms and Conditions of Shenzhen Shun’an Electric Power Co., Ltd.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Website description and the actual product, the actual product shall prevail. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the delivery destination, product weight, and shipping method, and will be displayed to you before you confirm your order.

5.2 Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimated based on the shipping method and destination, and are for reference only. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated time frame. However, we shall not be liable for any delivery delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: customs clearance delays, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or incorrect delivery information provided by you.

5.3 Delivery Confirmation

You are responsible for receiving the goods at the specified address. If you are unable to receive the delivery in a timely manner, please contact the shipping company or our customer service promptly. Upon delivery, you or the person accepting the delivery on your behalf should inspect the product packaging for damage. If the packaging is damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us immediately.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving the lighting products if the following conditions are met:

The product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order description (e.g., wrong model, wrong color);
The product is unused, remains in its original packaging, and is in resalable condition (for returns due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind about the purchase).

The following products are not eligible for returns:

Customized lighting products (manufactured according to your specific requirements);
Products that have been used, damaged, or modified by you;
Products without original packaging, labels, or accessories.

6.2 Return Process

To request a return, you need to follow these steps:

Contact our customer service via [contact email/phone] within the return period, providing your order number, product photos (to prove the issue), and a detailed description of the reason for the return;
Wait for our confirmation. We will review your request within 3 business days and notify you whether the return is approved;
If approved, please pack the product securely and ship it back to the address designated by us. You are responsible for the return shipping fees (unless the return is caused by our fault, such as a defective product or wrong shipment);
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it. If the product meets the return requirements, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment account, and the actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on the processing time of the payment service provider.

7. Warranty Policy

7.1 Warranty Coverage

We provide a 1-year warranty for all lighting products (unless otherwise specified for certain products). The warranty period commences on the date you receive the product. During the warranty period, if a product malfunctions due to manufacturing defects under normal use, we will, at our sole discretion, provide you with free repair or replacement services.

7.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

Damage caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance (e.g., using the product beyond its rated voltage range, incorrect installation);
Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or external forces (e.g., dropping, impact);
Natural wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., bulbs, batteries, unless the wear is caused by manufacturing defects);
Products that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized personnel;
Products for which a valid order number or proof of purchase cannot be provided.

7.3 Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, you need to contact our customer service, providing your order number, photos of the defective product, and a description of the issue. We may request you to send the product back for inspection, and we will bear the shipping fees for returns related to warranty claims.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Website (including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, software, and product designs) and our lighting products (including design patents, utility model patents, and copyrights) are owned by or licensed to Shun’an Electric Power. Without our prior written consent, you shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any of the aforementioned intellectual property rights for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Trademarks such as “Shun’an Electric Power” and our product brand names are registered or unregistered trademarks of Shun’an Electric Power. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Shun’an Electric Power shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities) arising from or in connection with your use of the Website, Services, or our lighting products, whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theories;
Our total liability to you for any direct damages arising from a breach of these Terms or defective products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant products in your order;
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to factors beyond our reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”), including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, riots, strikes, government regulations, transportation disruptions, or raw material shortages. Upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, we will notify you as soon as possible and take reasonable measures to minimize the impact on you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shun’an Electric Power, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your violation of these Terms, or any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
Your use of the Website or Services (including any content you post or transmit, if applicable);
Your purchase, use, or resale of our lighting products;
Any damage caused by you to third parties (including other Users) in connection with the Website or Services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to adapt to changes in our business operations, legal requirements, or updates to the Website/Services. In the event of material changes to these Terms, we will post the updated Terms on the Website with a new Effective Date and notify you via email (if you have an account) or a prominent notice on the Website. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) for arbitration in Shenzhen, in accordance with the SCIA’s arbitration rules in effect at the time of filing the application. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shun’an Electric Power regarding your use of the Website and Services, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or communications between you and us concerning the subject matter hereof.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
